Demolition of an elevator test tower by directional blasting in complex environment

  • 介绍了采用控制爆破技术拆除复杂环境下的钢筋混凝土电梯试验塔的设计及施工过程,对爆破效果进行了分析总结。针对剪力墙结构电梯井特点,对非承重结构剪力墙、柱梁以及部分承重剪力墙进行预拆除,确定合理的爆破高度、切口形式和倾倒角度;采用合理半秒延期时间增加了结构物作用时间,保证了电梯试验塔按照设计失稳定向倾倒。对安全防护设计进行校核,爆破后未对周围环境和设施造成影响,达到了预期的爆破拆除效果。
