Shale gas drilling difficulties and their solutions in the lower reach of the Yangtze River (Anhui)

  • 为推进长江下游地区页岩油气等清洁能源调查工作,2015-2021年中国地质调查局在安徽地区部署了25口页岩气井。针对勘探区域地质构造复杂、软硬互层、断层裂隙发育以及地层破碎等地质条件引起的恶性漏失、难钻进、难取心、井壁失稳等钻井复杂情况,通过制定针对性堵漏方案,优选多种类钻头,优化钻具组合、钻井液配置和钻井工艺,初步形成了长江下游(安徽)地区页岩气钻井技术体系,包括:破碎带高效高质取心工艺、软硬互层纠斜控斜钻具组合研究、强研磨性硬地层钻头优选、恶性漏失卡钻处理方法、水平井段钻井液堵漏技术以及水敏地层井壁稳定处理等。为该区后续钻井工程设计和施工作业提供有益借鉴。
