沧州盐矿古近系塑脆性地层取心钻头选型研究

Study on coring bit selection for Paleogene plastic-brittle strata in Cangzhou Salt Mine

  • 沧州盐矿普查项目完成了3眼勘探孔,钻探深度3000~3451 m,取心总长度3791 m,取心层段主要为古近系塑脆性岩石。根据钻进特性,针对工区弹塑性层段和脆性层段提出了钻头选型原则。结合施工实践,经过多次试验、改进,在累计使用的硬质合金、复合片、巴拉斯3类15种钻头中,通过典型钻头结构型式、碎岩机理以及使用效果进行综合分析,优选出H-4-Ⅱ、F-3、F-6型3种钻头,在古近系地层取心钻进中效率高、取心质量好,适合工区地质条件,建议推广应用。
