Application of grouting and retaining wall technology in settlement control of high railway subgrade

  • 唐包铁路线塔黄旗东站有5段人工填土高路基出现下沉量100~600 mm的病害现象,严重影响行车安全。采取了向沉降路基上部填土及道砟底部注浆、向站区两边缘沉降区段路肩处增设挡墙、护砌的病害治理措施,施工过程中解决了高路基站区的物料二次垂直倒运、高路基站区路基顶部近水平倾斜注浆管植入、注浆管壁环隙封堵、线轨上注浆管植入等施工难题,达到了病害治理的质量标准和工程目标。
