Analysis of efficient drilling measures for 3000m scientific deep drilling in Jiajika Lithium Mine, western Sichuan

  • 位于海拔4500 m 青藏高原中北部的川西甲基卡锂矿3000 m 科学深钻(JSD 孔)终孔孔深3211.21 m、施工期仅为232 d,创造了青藏高原小口径固体矿产勘查孔深纪录及同类型钻孔全国效率纪录。本文从钻探设备及机具选型、钻探技术优化和施工组织管理等方面,系统分析了JSD 孔的钻探效率提升措施。具体措施总结为,合理选择钻探设备与机具是基础,采用绳索取心液动锤钻进技术、环保冲洗液技术、孔内事故预防等特定钻探技术及方法应用是关键,标准化组织管理是保障。JSD 孔高效钻进措施可为提高青藏高原深孔、特深孔施工钻探效率提供借鉴参考。
