摘要:
研制了一种集浮选和分级于一体的浮选分级机,工作原理是在一个装置内联合实现浮选、泡沫分选、水力分级以及收缩槽内分选的过程。通过对设备的操作条件进行试验研究,确定了设备操作的最优条件,设备结构设计巧妙合理,处理某铁尾矿再选精矿达到了较理想的浮选和分级指标,经浮选分级后,抛掉产率约18%、品位为11%的尾矿;得到了产率为41.67%、品位为24.71%的底流产品,为进一步研制工业型浮选分级机提供了基础数据和实施的可行性。

Abstract:
A set of flotation classifier uniting flotation and classification was developed, of which the working principle was combined with flotation, froth baffle separation, hydraulic classification and contraction groove sorting in a device.Due to the ingenious and reasonable design of the equip-ment, an ideal flotation and classification index was obtained under the optimal conditions of equip-ment operation, which were determined by experiment test.After flotation and classification, the tailings ( yield 18%and grade 11%) and underflow products ( yield 41.67%and grade 24.71%) were discarded and collected, respectively.This study provided the basic data and the implementa-tion feasibility for the further development of industrial type flotation classifier.
