摘要: 介绍了全国重要矿产资源"三率"调查评价程序、技术方法和主要数据项.采矿权证为基本单元,矿山主体自主填报信息数据、地方各级国土资源管理部门审核填报结果并进行现场实地核查、国家级行业协会最终审核数据.全国国土资源标准化技术委员会统一指标定义和计算方法,建立矿山调查数据库,实现数据的自动计算和汇总等功能.通过"四上三下"填报审核,保证了原始数据真实可靠.

Abstract: The paper introduces methods procedures and main data of investigation and evaluation on mining recovery processing recovery and comprehensive recovery of important mineral resources in China .With the mining-right owner as the basic unit , the mine independently reported infor-mation data , local land management department was in charge of the data checking and on -the-spot inspection , and national trade association censored the data finally .The results showed that the procedure was reasonable and the method was scientific , and the investigation and evaluation of the program were true and reliable .
