Effect of Citric Acid on Phosphate Tailings Cementation Filling Bleeding and the Drag Reduction Performance

以贵州某磷尾矿为骨料,粉煤灰和水泥为胶凝材料制备胶结充填料浆,研究柠檬酸添加量对充填料浆泌水中SO42-、F-以及泌水率的影响。采用扩展度法、流动度法及L型管法来研究柠檬酸对磷尾矿充填料浆流动性能的影响。结果表明:柠檬酸的加入导致料浆泌水中SO42-含量升高、F-含量降低,但对泌水率的影响较小。柠檬酸对充填料浆具有缓凝效果,能改善料浆流动性能。
Abstract:Taking phosphate tailings in Guizhou as the aggregate, fly ash and cement were used as cementitious material to prepare cemented filling slurry. The effect of different amounts of citric acid on SO42-, F- in filling slurry bleeding and the bleeding rate was studied. The extended degree method, the fluidity method and the L tube method were employed to study the effect of different amount of citric acid on the flow performance of phosphate tailings slurry. The results showed that adding citric acid resulted in the increase of SO42- and decrease of F- in slurry bleeding, but had little effect on the bleeding rate. In addition, citric acid exhibited a retarding effect on the filling slurry, which could improve the fluidity of the slurry.
