Problems and Suggestions of Minging Rights Cancellation in China

摘要:
随着过期矿业权、政策性退出矿业权等不断积累，大量的矿业权有待处置注销，但现有政策仅规定了依申请注销的办理程序，通过对矿业权注销的难点问题进行梳理、对相关法律法规进一步理解，结合当前改革提出的一些规章制度，对矿业权注销提出了相关建议。
Abstract:With the continuous accumulation of the expired and policy-based withdrawal mining rights, a large number of mining rights have to be disposed. However, existing policies only stipulate the procedures for the cancellation of applications. This paper sorts out the difficulties related to the cancellation of mining rights and related issues to further understand the laws and regulations put forward by the reform. Finally, some relevant suggestions are proposed for mining rights cancellation.
