THE DISTRIBUTION PATTERN AND EVOLUTION MECHANISM OF WINTER PALEOCURRENTS IN SOUTH CHINA SEA SINCE LATE PLEISTOCENE

  • 总结了前人对南海12个岩心的U37k'法所反演的古海表温度,结合晚更新世以来典型地质时期南海海洋环境记录,探讨了晚更新世(120 kaBP)以来南海冬季表层古海流分布格局及其演变机制。结果显示:南海冰期与间冰期冬季的表层古海流存在明显差异,冰期冷性海流势力强盛,表层海流呈逆时针环流;间冰期暖性海流势力较强,表层海流呈双向穿越流。黑潮势力的变化对南海的表层海流性质与格局起重要作用。
