Characteristics and Sustainable Development & Utilization of Geological Relics in Guanzhong Basin Urban Agglomeration

  • 地质遗迹已成为经济区和城市群规划发展、宜居城市建设、生态文明、乡村振兴、脱贫攻坚以及地质文化村建设中不可或缺的因素。通过关中盆地城市群地质遗迹专项调查,共发现地质遗迹点429处,其中具有价值的地质遗迹146处;整体上类型多样、内涵独特,以地层剖面、古生物化石、地质地貌、水体景观等为主;空间分布范围广泛,空间结构类型呈现凝聚型不均匀分布,新构造活动与地貌、水系、第四纪沉积、温泉、地震和地质灾害的空间分布及其变化具有良好的一致性。根据资源赋存属性、地质遗迹完整性及交通便捷性等原则,将地质遗迹区域划分为3个地质遗迹景观带、10个地质遗迹景观亚带、22个地质遗迹景观区。针对经济区和城市群、宜居城市、生态文明、乡村振兴建设与地质遗迹开发利用及保护中存在的问题,应建设一批国省地质公园、研学基地、旅游度假区、旅游风景道、特色小镇以及地质文化村,形成多层次、多样化的开发利用和保护路径。
