PALEOGEOGRAPHIC RECONSTRUCTION AND TECTONIC EVOLUTION OF MAJOR BLOCKS IN CHINA SINCE PALEOZOIC

摘要: 为编制新一轮《中国海陆大地构造宏观格架演化图》,展示和探讨中国主要块体的演化特征,利用大量的古地磁、生物古地理、古气候、沉积岩石和构造演化史等地质地球物理资料,对古生代以来中国主要块体的活动古地理进行了概要的重建。编图结果表明,综合利用古磁学、岩石学、沉积学、生物古地理、古气候、地质构造史和板块理论等依据进行活动古地理重建的工作方法,可以很好地展示中国主要块体的宏观演化过程。以古地磁定量约束为核心,以现有古地理、古气候、古生物和沉积岩石学等资料为定性约束和半定量分析,通过对这些依据进行合理的筛选与取舍,恢复选定时间断面上的剥蚀区和沉积区,在此基础上进行综合性活动构造古地理重建恢复工作,可提高所编制图件的可信度。Abstract: The paleogeographic maps based on mobilism are mandated to recover the distribution and tectonic evolution of different blocks in geologic history. In this paper, we reconstruct the paleogeographic position, denuded zone and sedimentary zone of Chinese continental blocks since Paleozoic based on the data of paleomagnetism, biogeography, paleoclimatology, sedimentary petrology and tectonic evolution. The principles and methods adopted for compilation of pleogeographic maps with the data mentioned above are proven applicable to enhance the accuracy of the maps.
