DISTRIBUTION PATTERN OF SAND RIDGES AND SAND SHEETS IN BOHAI SEA AND THE RELATIONSHIP WITH M2 TIDAL CURRENT

摘要: 基于渤海海底地形调查资料,识别了辽东浅滩、辽东湾东岸、六股河河口、曹妃甸等4个沙脊区的21条沙脊,利用收集到的渤海8个站位的实测潮流数据,通过数值模拟的方法,研究了潮流与渤海沙脊、沙席发育的动力学关系。在物源充足的前提下,M2分潮潮流椭圆长半轴在50~75 cm/s,椭率绝对值小于0.4时,能够发育潮流沙脊,沙脊的方向与潮流椭圆长轴方向基本一致;椭圆长半轴为40~50 cm/s,椭率绝对值在0.4~0.6之间时,能够发育潮流沙席。M2分潮潮流椭圆长半轴过大或过小,均不能发育潮流沙脊和沙席。Abstract: Based on the seafloor topography survey in the Bohai Sea, four areas of sand ridges are identified, i.e. the Liaodong Shoal, the east coast of Liaodong Bay, the estuary of Liugu river and Caofeidian. Data are collected from 8 current measurement stations in the sand ridge areas. The dynamics relation between sand ridges and sand sheets are simulated using numerical modeling method. Suppose the source of sediments is available, tidal sand ridges will be developed if the M2 tidal current elliptical semimajor is 50 cm/s to 75 cm/s, and the absolute value of ellipsoid rate less than 0.4. The direction of sand ridges follows the direction of elliptical semimajor. Tidal sand sheets will be developed if the M2 tidal current elliptical semimajor is 40 cm/s to 50cm/s, and the absolute value of ellipsoid rate between 0.4 to 0.6. Neither tidal sand ridges nor sand sheets will be developed if the M2 tidal current elliptical semimajor is too large or too small.
