摘要: 黄河中游地区岩溶发育,岩溶含水层拥有巨大的地下水调蓄空间,地面入渗条件极佳,洪水资源丰富,在有利的部位兴建人工促渗工程,加大岩溶水资源的人工调蓄力度,可极大地增加该地区水资源的开发利用能力,提高区域水资源承载力,缓解黄河中游地区水资源紧张的压力.
