Comprehensive Recovery of Valuable Metals from Cyanide Leach Residue

摘要: 河南某矿山提取金后的氰化尾渣中含有铜、铅、银等有价金属元素,为了充分合理利用矿产资源,变废为宝,对该氰化尾渣进行了可选性研究。试验表明:利用混合药剂LD浮选,可获得铜精矿含铜21.82%,回收率96.58%;铅精矿含铅58.20%,回收率74.83%的良好指标,显现了较好的经济效益和社会效益。Abstract: There are some valuable metals such as copper,lead and silver in the cyanide leach residue of a gold mine in Henan province.A simple flowsheet by using a mixed collector LD is adopted in this experiment to research comprehensive utilization of the cyanide leach residue containing copper,lead and silver.It can gain a copper concentrate which grade is 21.82% Cu and total recovery is 96.58%.A lead concentrate which grade is 58.20% Pb and total recovery is 74.83% has been obtained.This technology has been popularized and good economic and societal gain has been obtained.
