摘要:
苏丹某金矿为低品位贫硫石英脉型金矿,研究表明金主要赋存于石英粒间,以中、粗粒级嵌布为主.开展了尼尔森重选预先抛尾-中矿氰化浸出试验研究.结果表明:当采用尼尔森选矿机和摇床进行两次分选,在二段磨矿细度-0.074 mm75%的条件下可以直接抛掉产率为76.73%,品位为0.23 g/t,回收率为7.12%的尾矿,可以有效降低生产成本.重选获得的总中矿在较佳氰化浸出工艺条件:磨矿细度-0.074mm90%,矿浆浓度40%,石灰用量2.5 kg/t,氰化钠用量1.2 kg/t,浸出时间28 h时,金的作业回收率为95.15%.采用尼尔森重选-氰化浸出联合流程金的总回收率可以达到90.18%.

Abstract:
A low-grade gold ore with poor sulfide in sultan is quartz-vein gold deposit.Native gold mainly embeds in quartz minerals as middle and coarse particle size.Knelson beneficiation was adopted in order to abandon the tailings in advance,and cyanide leaching of the middlings was studied.Results show that if a two-stage re-election with Knelson concentrator and shaking table was used,besides,the two-stage grinding fineness of-0.074 mm was 75%,tailings could be abtained with productivity was 76.73%,grade was 0.23 g/t,recovery rate was 7.12%.The tailings could be abandoned in advance so as to reduce the production cost.Using cyanide leaching to deal with the middlings under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074mm 90%,pulp concentration 40%,lime dosage 2.5 kg/t,dosage of sodium cyanide 1.2 kg/t,leaching time 28h,the gold operating rate of 95.15% were abtained.Gold total recovery rate could reach 90.18% using the joint process.
