摘要:
目前长石和石英的浮选分离主要采用氢氟酸法和无氟强酸法,氢氟酸法中的氟离子会造成环境污染,而无氟强酸法需要在强酸性的条件下进行,实际操作很不方便,并且面临强酸腐蚀设备的问题.本文通过单矿物浮选和实际矿石浮选试验探究了弱酸性条件下长石和石英浮选分离的可能性.结果表明:采用阴阳离子混合捕收剂可以增大长石和石英单矿物的可浮性差异,实现二者的浮选分离;在弱酸性条件下,钾长石实际矿石精矿K20的品位由原矿的6.82%提高至10.2%,回收率为25.88%,与无氟强酸法所达到的指标基本一致.
Abstract:
At present,the flotation separation of feldspar and quartz mainly adopts the hydrofluoric acid method and the fluorine-free acid method.The fluorine ions will cause environmental pollution by the hydrofluoric acid method.The other method needs to be in a strong acid pulp,which is not very convenient in actual operation,and faces the problem of strong acid corrosion equipment.The separation possibility offeldspar and quartz is investigated through the single mineral flotation and the real ore floatation test in weak acid pulp.The results indicate that,mixed cationic/anionic collectors are beneficial to the selective flotation of feldspar.Under weak acidity condition,the grade of K2O in concentrate rises from 6.82% to 10.2% in the ore,and the recovery is 25.88%,which is also consistent in the result of strong acidity condition.
