Study on Flotation and Recovery Technology for Pyrite and Sphalerite in Cyanidation Tailings

摘要: 在氰化钠抑制剂作用下,进行了黄铁矿、闪锌矿纯矿物在丁基黄药和乙硫氮体系下的浮选试验,为氰化尾渣中黄铁矿与闪锌矿的回收进行基础研究.并通过Zeta电位、红外光谱、接触角检测手段,确定硫化矿有氰浮选试验的最佳条件及相应的理论依据.试验结果表明:当pH值为6.0,乙硫氮浓度为6.0 mg/L时,氰化黄铁矿最大回收率达69.15%;而当pH值为9.0,丁基黄药浓度为10.0 mg/L时,氰化闪锌矿最大回收率达80.62%.接触角检测结果表明丁基黄药和乙硫氮的加入提高了氰化矿物表面的接触角.红外光谱检测结果表明丁基黄药和乙硫氮在氰化矿物表面发生了化学吸附.Zeta电位检测结果表明丁基黄药和乙硫氮在氰化矿物表面发生了静电吸附.Abstract: Pyre and sphalerite by the treatment of sodium cyanide inhibitors were investigated under the system of butyl xanthate and diethyldithiocarbamate in flotation tests.The objective was to provide fundamental insights into the recovery of pyrite and sphalerite from gold cyanidation tailings.The optimum conditions and relevant theoretical basis for flotation tests were determined by Zeta potential,infrared spectra,contact angle measurements.The flotation tests showed that Butyl Xanthate (BX) and diethyldithiocarbamate (DEDTC) improved the flotability of pyrite and sphalerite after cyanide treatment.The recovery of the pyrite was 69.15% at the optimum condition of pH 6.0 and 6.0 mg/L DEDTC.At the optimum condition of pH 9.0 and 10.0 mg/L BX,the recovery of the sphalerite reached 80.62%.Contact angle measurements indicated that both BX and DEDTC improved the contact angles and hydrophobicity of the mineral surface.The results of zeta potential measurements demonstrated that electrostatic adsorption existed in the interactions between the collectors and the surfaces of the pyrite and the sphalerite.FTIR spectra showed that chemical adsorption existed in the interactions between the collectors and the surfaces of the minerals.
