Current Research Situation of Recovering Titanium from Red Mud

摘要: 赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中的固体废弃物,大量堆放对自然生态环境带来严重的危害和安全隐患.但其含有多种有价金属如钛、钪,是一种可利用的二次资源.本文介绍了国内外赤泥中钛的回收方法和最新研究进展,钛的提取方法主有焙烧预处理-炉渣浸出工艺和酸浸工艺,对这些方法的工艺原理和特点进行了分析,并对赤泥回收钛及综合利用的发展方向进行了讨论.Abstract: Red mud is the solid waste from alumina production.A lot of red mud does serious harm to natural ecologi cal environment and security,the red mud also contains a range of valuable metals,such as titanium and scandium,and it may be considered secondary raw material.Processes and latest progress in recovery of titanium from red mud are summarized.Pre-roasted of red mud-leaching of roasting slag and acid leaching are introduced and their principles are analyzed.The research direction is pointed on recovering titanium from red mud and complex utilization.
