摘要:
高纯石英是制备光导纤维、石英坩埚、大口径石英管、单晶和多晶硅的重要原料,并在光纤通信、光伏、功能陶瓷、电子、航空航天等高新技术产业中具有不可取代地位.本文阐述了高纯石英的基本特性,对国内高纯石英制备技术现状进行概述,并对我国高纯石英制备工艺的发展方向提出科学的建议.
Abstract:
High-purity quartz was the materials for preparing optical fiber,quartz crucible,large diameter quartz tube,single crystal and polycrystalline silicon,thus it had great influence on optical fiber communication,photovoltaic,functional ceramics,electronics,aerospace and other high-tech industries.In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the preparing technology of high-purity quartz in China,this paper expounded the basic information of high-purity quartz,and gave an overview of the status of the preparing technology,and there was put forward some scientific suggestions.
