摘要:
针对某地超贫磁铁矿石,对破碎后样品进行了干式预选试验和适宜磨矿细度条件下预选试验精矿的三段湿式磁选试验.确定了干式预选试验的适宜预选粒度为-3 mm,在皮带转速80 r/min,磁场强度318.4kA/m条件下,所得预选精矿的TFe品位为19.98%,回收率为50.64%,抛尾率为80.03%,降低了后续湿式磁选前的磨矿成本.湿式磁选试验最终可以获得精矿TFe品位67.15%,作业回收率78.20%,尾矿TFe品位5.66%的良好指标.
Abstract:
The dry pre-concentration tests on crashed sample and three stages wet magnetic separation tests on concentration of pre-concentration tests under appropriate grinding fineness were carried out aiming at one ultra poor magnetite ore.The results showed that the optimal particle size for dry pre-concentration tests is-3 mm.Under the condition of belt speed of 80 r/min,magnetic field intensity of 318.4 kA/m,pre-concentration is able to upgrade the crashed products to 19.98% iron grade and 50.64% recovery with 80.03% tailings discarding rate.The milling cost before subsequent wet magnetic separation can be greatly reduced.For wet magnetic separation,the iron grade was 67.15%,the operating recovery was 78.20%,and the tailings iron grade was 5.66%.
