通过单矿物浮选试验,考察了十二胺体系中金属离子对蓝晶石矿物的浮选行为研究.试验结果表明:随着CaCl2用量增加,蓝晶石的回收率呈快速增加的趋势,当CaCl2用量为10 mg/L时,此时蓝晶石的回收率达到85.87%;Mg2+对蓝晶石可浮性的影响规律与Ca2+相比较有一定的相似处,但在相同药剂用量条件下,M矿+对蓝晶石矿物浮选的活化程度要低一些;随着AlCl3用量的增加,蓝晶石的浮选回收率呈迅速下降的趋势,当矿浆中MCl3用量仅为5.5 mg/L时,此时蓝晶石浮选回收率降低到0,Fe3+对蓝晶石的浮选也起到了较强的抑制作用.浮选溶液化学表明,Fe3+在蓝晶石表面吸附后提高了矿物表面电性,使十二胺的静电吸附力减弱,同时在中性条件下Fe3+可以在蓝晶石矿物表面生成Fe(OH)3沉淀,使矿物浮选受到强烈的抑制;Ca2+羟基络合物的存在导致蓝晶石矿物的零电点偏向低pH值方向移动,提高了十二胺的静电吸附力,活化了蓝晶石矿物浮选.
Abstract:
The influences of metal ions on floatability of kyanite were studied by flotation tests in dodecylamine system.The test results show that with the increase of CaCh content,the recovery rate of kyanite showed a rapid increase trend.When the dosage of CaCl6 was 10mg/L,the recovery rate of kyanite reached 85.87%.The influence law of Mg2+ on kyanite flotability compared with Ca2+ had certain similarities,but under the condition of same drug dosage,the activation degree of Mg2+ on kyanite mineral flotation was lower.With the increase of AlCh dosage,the flotation recovery rate of kyanite decreased rapidly.When the amount of AlCl3 was 5.5 mg/L,the flotation recovery rate of kyanite is reduced to 0,Fe3+ also played a strong inhibitory effect on the flotation of kyanite.The analysis results of flotation solution chemistry showed that Fe3+ improves the mineral surface's electrical property after it's attachment on the surface of kyanite,reducing the electrostatic adsorption force of dodecylamine.Meanwhile,the flotation of kyanite is depressed intensively owing to the generation of corresponding hydroxide precipitations of Fe3+.The electrostatic interaction is contributing to strengthen the adsorption of minerals and dodecylamine when the zeta potential of kyanite shift markedly towards negative direction in the presence of corresponding hydroxy complex of Ca2+,so flotation of kyanite can be activated.
