Geological characteristics and genesis of Shuiyuanshan weathering eluvial clay-type tungsten deposit, Chenzhou, Hunan Province

摘要: 水源山矿区是湖南省湘南地质勘察院在开展东坡-高垄山地区铅锌钨锡多金属矿整装勘查时新发现的一处具大型规模前景的钨矿产地。矿区位于王仙岭岩体北东接触带附近,通过工作,在区内发现了风化残坡积型白钨矿、云英岩型白钨矿、云英岩型锡矿、石英脉型黑钨矿、矽卡岩型白钨矿及构造破碎带型铅锌多金属矿等六种类型矿床。其中风化残坡积粘土型白钨矿规模大(单矿体规模达大型)、类型新、远景好。该类型钨矿体的发现,为该区进一步找矿指明了方向。

Abstract: Shuiyuanshan tungsten deposit is a new found with large prospecting potential in Dongpo-Gao-longshan W-Sn polymetallic Integrated exploration area in Southern Hunan Province. The ore bodies are lo-cated in northeastern contact zone of Wangxianling intrusion, and six types of mineralization are found such as weathered eluvial clay type scheelite ores, greisen type scheelite ores, greisen type tin ores, quartz vein type wolframite ores, skarn type scheelite ores and tectonic-fracture type lead zinc polymetallic ores. While the weathered eluvial clay type scheelite ores are the most important one (with largest ore-body scale). The discovery of weathered eluvial clay type scheelite ores indicates the new direction of further prospecting for this area. -
