南祁连东段阳康地区辉长岩体LA-ICP-MS锆石UPb年龄及其地质意义

LA-ICP-MS Zircon U-Pb Age of Gabbro from Yangkang Area in South Qilian and Its Geological Significance

  • 通过1:5万区域地质矿产调查在南祁连阳康地区首次发现新元古代辉长岩体,利用LA-ICP-MS方法测得辉长岩锆石206Pb/238U年龄为(730±3) Ma(MSWD=0.88)。岩石具有轻稀土富集、重稀土亏损等特征,属碱性系列。ΣREE=156.1×10-6~173.34×10-6,显示物质来源于上地幔的特点,可能属于新元古代早期岩浆弧根部带的产物——俯冲-碰撞型花岗质岩浆岩带,反映了新元古代大陆拼合之后的一次区域性拉张,其形成于活动大陆边缘火山弧环境,就位于构造体制由挤压向拉伸转换的松弛阶段,地幔物质上涌侵位形成。研究表明,该辉长岩可能为南祁连地区Rodinia超级大陆裂解事件的岩石记录,为南祁连构造带的形成和演化提供了精确的年代学依据和岩浆活动记录,这一发现对认识南祁连地区新元古代构造演化具有重要意义。
