Cambrian System in the Southern Liaodong Peninsula

  • 辽东半岛南部寒武系葛屯组发现蠕虫和小壳化石,为寒武系底部序列(国际上统称为纽芬兰统)。在拉树山寒武系与奥陶系交界处有2个笔石带,下为Dictyonema kelanense延限带,上为Airograptus furciferus-Staurograptus组合带,相当林尧坤(1980)的中国寒武纪笔石和笔石序列的Dendrograptus erectus minor带(层),其中有Dictyonema kelanense,该序列为寒武系顶部序列(国际上统称芙蓉统上部)。"辽宁省岩石地层(1997)"出版以来,沿用"馒头组",从下而上划分为大后海段、石桥段、当十段,岩性明显三分。1907年Willis和Blackwelder初建馒头组时仅根据山东馒头山处地层,笼统的统称为馒头组页岩,笔者建议岩石地层大馒头组应该解体,恢复沿用馒头组、毛庄组、徐庄组。
