Analysis of influencing factors on the drilling efficiency of uranium geological drilling and suggestions for improvement

  • 铀矿是我国重要的战略矿产资源,国家有关部委、中国地质调查局、中国核工业地质局,以及四川、山东、宁夏、广西等多省和自治区均明确在新一轮找矿突破战略行动中加大铀矿地质工作投入。本文结合中国核工业地质局2021—2022年生产中科研项目成果以及部分地勘单位良好的工艺实践,建立钻月效率计算模型,系统分析了铀矿地质钻探生产效率影响因素,并针对性地提出了钻探生产全过程的提质增效建议,包括提高纯钻速度、台月时间利用率、实钻率以及生产台时利用率等4方面的具体建议,为地勘钻探工艺进步和管理提升提供参考依据。
