Application of a New Depressant in a Low Grade Scheelite Flotation in Luanchuan

摘要: 栾川某低品位白钨矿由于粗选效率低,导致加温精选成本高,钨精矿质量差.试验研究了新型抑制剂CC和水玻璃及其改性化合物的选择性抑制效果,并且增加精选作业来提高白钨矿粗选品位.结果表明,新型抑制剂CC的抑制效果好,且用量小,通过一次粗选、一次精选和一次扫选的闭路试验可得到品位3.12%、回收率82.87%的白钨粗精矿.工业试验结果表明,通过使用新型抑制剂CC并增加精选作业,白钨矿粗选品位从1.03%提高到1.96%,回收率基本保持不变.Abstract: The roughing efficiency of a low grade scheelite plant is very low, which leads to the high cost of cleaning and poor quality of scheelite concentrate.The study has a comparison analysis between new depressant CC and sodium silicate and its modified compound.In addition, a pre cleaning is added to improve the grade of scheelite roughing concentrate.The results show that the depressant CC has a better inhibition effect than sodium silicate and its modified compound.The scheelite roughing concentrate with a grade of 3.12% and a recovery of 82.87% is obtained through a closed-circuit.The industrial test results show that the grade of scheelite roughing concentrate is increased from 1.03% to 1.96% by the addition of CC and pre cleaning operation, the recovery remains unchanged.
