History and progress of the methane hydrate research and development program in the United States

  • 美国于2000年设立了国家级水合物研发计划,20多年来在各个领域取得了丰硕的成果,并已于2024年7月30日完成了全球首次长期陆域试采。介绍了美国的能源政策对水合物研发工作的部署影响,并对美国水合物研发计划的组织结构和经费投入情况进行整理,重点对水合物研发计划下设立的98个项目进行梳理,按照资源勘查与评价、生产技术、室内实验与数值模拟和环境效应领域进行分类分析,以查清美国水合物研发计划的发展趋势,并对计划的成果亮点进行了总结。分析认为: 美国的水合物研发计划组织合理有力,充分利用了政府机构、高校、科研机构和私企各自的优势力量; 计划部署有序,基础科学研究、资源勘查评价、试采协同发展,互相促进; 水合物研发受能源政策的影响,近些年有渐冷趋势。研究成果可为我国提高水合物产业开发能力提供借鉴和资料参考。
