Exporting DGSS database to tables in bulk using Office and Photoshop

摘要: DGSS数字填图系统已广泛应用于区调、矿调以及水工环综合地质调查的全过程，但数据导出成表格的功能尚不完善。本文借助Off ice和Photoshop 2个常用软件来实现批量导出为表格的功能，主要包括3个步骤：（1）将DGSS中的prb数据库导出至Excel，并补充多媒体文件字段；（2）在Word中制作一张表格模板；（3）利用Word的邮件功能将Excel数据发送至Word表格模板，其中多媒体数据以域代码的形式插入。为了优化图片等多媒体数据的显示效果，建议使用Photoshop的动作功能批量更改图片的尺寸和分辨率。实践表明，该导出方法高效、便捷、美观，学习成本低，有很好的推广价值。Abstract: DGSS(digital geology survey system)has been widely used in the whole process of Regional geological survey, Mineral resources survey and comprehensive geological survey, but the function of exporting the data into a table is not humanized enough.In this paper, two commonly used software, office and photoshop, are used to realize this function, which mainly includes three steps:(1)PRB database in DGSS is exported to excel, and the fields of multimedia files are supplemented; (2)Make a form template in word; (3)Use the email function of word to send excel data to the word table template, in which multimedia data is inserted in the form of domain code.To optimize the display of images and other multimedia data, it is recommended to use photoshop's action function to change the image size and resolution in bulk.The practice shows that the method is efficient, convenient, beautiful, and low learning cost With promotional value.
