摘要:
针对目前国内自动加球机存在的问题,从钢球的储存、抓取、疏堵、检测、输送、控制等方面进行研究,设计一种新型自动加球系统,可以由一个PLC控制系统对3台钢球加球机进行控制,并能根据球磨机的有功功率和给矿量自动优化加球量,该系统具有结构紧凑、安装灵活、智能化程度高、功耗低等优点.
Abstract:
Considering the existing problems of domestic automatic feed-ball machines,we research steel ball in as pects of storage,capture,dredging and blocking,detection,transportation,control and so on.A new type of automatic feed-ball system which can fulfill a control system that controls 3 feed-steel-ball machines by PLC,and can optimize feed-ball quantity,was designed according to the active power of ball mill and ore-feeding quantity.This system has the advantages of compact structure,flexible installation,high intelligence and low power consumption.
