Experimental Study on Beneficiation of Cassiterite Recovering from the Fine Mud

摘要: 巴里选厂细泥含锡1%,锡对原矿占有率为8%,其中-0.074 mm粒级的锡石产率>70%.目前采用浮-重流程回收,回收率偏低.为改善选矿指标,本研究通过采用悬振锥面选矿机对其中的锡进行回收,得到了锡品位6.18%,锡作业回收率68.88%的锡精矿,为综合回收巴里细粒级锡石提供了一种新的技术途径.Abstract: The fine mud in Bali concentrator contains 1% of cassiterite,accounting for 8%,among which the yield of the particle size-0.074 mm is>70%.When the process of flotation-gravity separation is adopted,the recovery is low.To improve the beneficiation index,the suspension vibration cone concentrator is adopted to recover cassiterite,obtaining the cassiterite concentrate with the grade of 6.18% and recovery of 68.88%,which provides a new way for the fine cassiterite in Bali.
