Investigation on Silver Recovery from Lead-zinc Slag

摘要: 对某湿法炼锌厂的铅银渣进行了银回收的探索试验,结果表明,该铅银渣直接氰化银的浸出率为91.43%.通过对比酸浸、浮选两种富集手段,铅银渣经过一粗一扫流程,可获得银品位2620.25g/t、银回收率63.09%银精矿,尾矿银品位降到297.25g/t,富集效果较好,为该类型冶炼废渣提供了一条可开发利用的途径.Abstract: An exploratry test for silver recovery from lead-silver slag from a hydrometallurgical zinc plant was carried out.The results showed that the direct cyanide leaching rate of silver is 91.43%.Flotation is a better method of enrichment,after comparing acid leaching and flotation.The flotation recovery of silver is 63.09%,and the silver grade of concentrate is 2620.25 g/t by one roughing one and scavenging flotation.It provided a way for utilization of the smelter slag.
