摘要:
论文中首先采用XRD、SEM、化学成分分析、粒度分布分析和孔径分布分析等测试分析手段,研究广西宁明、田东和宾阳的3个典型膨润土的矿物学特征,同时探讨了不同产地膨润土性能指标随蒙脱石含量变化规律的差异.结果表明,3种膨润土中蒙脱石均为二八面体钙基蒙脱石,且具有相近的阳离子交换吸附能力;宾阳膨润土孔结构发育较好,但三者的孔结构整体相差不大;3种膨润土的水化性能从大到小的顺序均为:宁明>宾阳>田东.此外,通过构建性能指标与蒙脱石含量的回归模型,可大致估计该膨润士任意蒙脱石含量样品的性能指标值,从而判断膨润土原矿提纯的必要性和可行性.
Abstract:
In this paper,with the help of testing analysis method,such as XRD,chemical component analysis,SEM,particle size distribution analysis and pore size distribution analysis et al.,we have studied the mineralogy properties of 3 bentonites fron Ningming,Tiandong,Binyang in Guangxi.The results showed that montmorillonite of these bentonites all were dioctahedral Ca-montmorillonite,and had similar cation exchange capacity.BY had good pore structure.But on the whole,the three were without big differences.The size order of 3 bentonites'hydration properties was NM>BY>TD.In addition,Based on the regression model of performance indexes and montmorillonite content,we can estimate the performance indexes of this bentonite no matter how much the montmorillonite content is,thus to determine the necessity and feasibility of purification of raw bentonite.
