摘要: 通过对某尾砂库历史遗留的尾砂进行实地调查及定性、定量分析,采用综合利用的处置方式解决该尾砂库历史遗留环境问题.该工程对原有加气混凝土生产线进行局部改造同时新建一条尾砂砖生产线,尾砂经配料、搅拌、成型、蒸养等工序可分别生产出加气混凝土及尾砂砖,产品均符合国家相关标准要求.该工程不仅能变废为宝,还能取得良好的经济效益和环境效益.Abstract: Through field investigation and qualitative and quantitative analysis of tailings lefi over by history in a tailings reservoir,the engineering solved the environmental problems left over by history of the tailings reservoir by comprehensive utilization technology.The engineering carried out local modification of the original aerated concrete production line,meanwhile built a new tailings brick production line.Thus,tailings can be processed into aerated concrete and tailings brick by configuring the material,stirring,molding,steam curing and other process.Products are in line with the relevant national standards.The engineering can not only make waste profitable,also achieve good economic and environmental benefits.
