含铜难处理铁矿选冶联合工艺研究

Research on Dressing-Metallurgy Combination Processing for an Overall Iron Ore Containing Copper

  • 国外某铁矿铁品位为62.14%,铜含量为0.58%,其中的铜矿物氧化率和结合率较高,属于难处理含铜铁矿石.鉴于对矿石性质的研究,采用磁选一浸出的选冶联合工艺,最终获得两种产品:一种是优质的弱磁选铁精矿,其中铁品位为68.90%,回收率为46.83%,铜含量为0.16%;一种是浸出后的磁选尾矿,其中铁品位为57.89%,回收率为53.17%,铜含量为0.28%,该工艺为含铜铁矿资源的有效利用提供了依据.
