  • 首次在南盘江盆地望谟地区下三叠统罗楼组灰岩中发现了海生爬行动物化石,爬行动物化石层位相伴产出大量菊石、腕足、双壳、牙形石等,其时代属早三叠世奥伦尼克期的Spathian亚期。该发现对于研究早三叠世海洋生态复苏、海生爬行动物类群起源、早期演化具有十分重要的科学意义。
