Research on Flotaiton Separation of Jamesonite and Galena

摘要: 脆硫锑铅矿和方铅矿常常由于选矿分离较困难而作为混合精矿进行冶炼,从而造成较高的冶炼成本.为了实现二者的选矿分离,本文首先通过单矿物实验探索以乙硫氮和丁铵黑药作捕收剂,不同的矿浆条件下脆硫锑铅矿与方铅矿浮选行为的差异.然后通过实际矿石条件实验和全流程开路实验,进一步验证两者分离的实际条件.结果表明:丁铵黑药对脆硫锑铅矿和方铅矿都具有良好的捕收性能,而乙硫氮在高碱性条件下能够将二者有效的分离.红外光谱分析表明:乙硫氮在方铅矿和脆硫锑铅矿的表面都发生了化学吸附,但是乙硫氮对方铅矿的吸附能力更强,吸附产物更牢固.Abstract: Due to the difficulty to separate jamesonite and galena by flotation,it is the often case to melt the bulk concentrate,which often causes high smelting cost.To separate the two minerals efficiently,flotation behavior of jamesonite and galena was investigated with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC)and ammonium dibutyl dithio phosphate (ADDP) as collectors respectively under different pulp condition.Then conditional tests of real ore and whole process open-circuit test were carried out to further confirm the actual separation conditions of the two minerals.It was shown that ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate has good collecting performance both on galena and jamesonite.But DDTC has better selectivity and collecting ability on galena than on jamesonite in high alkaline environment.Infrared spectroscopic analysis showed that chemical adsorption of DDTC took place on the surfaces of both galena and jamesonite.But the adsorption on galena is stronger and adsorption product is more stable.
