Drilling design and construction technology of shale gas geological survey Well Wanwangdi-3 in the Lower Yangtze Block

  • 大口径页岩气地质调查井皖望地3井部署在下扬子陆块沿江岰陷带望江凹陷,是一口定向井,设计井深1950 m,完钻井深1985 m。钻探目的是探索二叠系大隆组、龙潭组及孤峰组含气性,并验证区域地层层序。本文介绍了钻井设计和施工过程,针对钻井作业中的险点和难点问题,通过预判和实钻相结合策略,提出了钻井安全、定向钻进、钻井液使用管理以及地质云钻井工况实时监测等4项技术保障措施,确保了钻井任务顺利完成。最后,结合实钻情况和测井数据对钻井质量、效率及取心质量进行了分析评述,实现了无重大井内事故发生,钻井质量合格,施工进度高效的目标,取得了较好的经济效益,为该地区大口径钻井工程施工提供了较好的技术经验。
