Characteristics and Trend Analysis of Global Mineral Resources Royalty Adjustment in Recent Years

2013年以来，至少有24个国家或地区的矿产资源权益金政策发生了不同程度的变化。大多数国家或地区计划提高权益金，仅有少数国家选择降低部分矿产的权益金。调整的对象主要是贵金属和本国的优势矿产。未来，权益金调整的趋势包括提高权益金比率是主要方向，从价计征将被更多的国家采用，以及不同国家或地区之间的权益金比率将进一步趋同化等。
Abstract:Since 2013, there have been different degrees of changes in the policy of mineral resources royalties in at least 24 countries or regions. Most countries or regions plan to increase mineral resources royalties, and only a few countries choose to reduce some mineral royalties. The object of adjustment is mainly precious metals and their predominant mineral resources. In the future, the trends of royalties adjustment include that increasing the ratio of royalties will be the main direction, ad valorem royalty will be adopted by more countries, and the ratios of royalties between different countries and regions will become much closer.
